Sophomore libero Emma Sweeney earned her 1000th career dig during an N4C match at Triton College on Oct. 3. She has also been named the Tachikara NJCAA Division III Defensive Player of the Week, averaging 6.81 digs per set over four matches Sept. 30 through Oct. 6. She is currently atop the NJCAA Division III leaderboard for digs with 464 for the season.
