The Joliet Junior College women's soccer team defeated #4 ranked Madison College by a score of 2-1. Brianna Darlage scored in the 43rd minute from assists by Hailey Arlis and Miranda Nirchi. Arlis scored the eventual game winner in the 71st minute off a Lindsey Bond assist. Goalkeeper Kianna Wheeler earned 12 assists in the contest. 

"There was a lot of energy today from both sides and in the end our team simply outworked Madison," Head Coach Wesley Dapkus stated. "This was a very hard-fought match between two top ten programs in the country."

JJC (16-2 overall, 8-2 N4C) hosts N4C conference opponent Rock Valley College on Friday, October 13, 2017. Game time is 3:30 pm.
