The Joliet Junior College women's soccer team earned a 9-1 victory over Elgin Community College in the Region IV Semi-Final. Hailey Arlis opened up the scoring in the 12th minute on assists from Miranda Nirchi and Lindsey Bond. Nirchi earned a goal in the 17th minute from Bond and Arlis. Morgan Samp scored in the 19th minute, while Hannah Rieker added a goal in the 25th minute from Bond and Nirchi. Arlis had scores in the 26th (Rieker, Samp), 50th (Rieker, Nirchi), and 52nd minutes. Nirchi earned her second goal in the 56th minute, as Rieker finished up the scoring in the 67th minute (Arlis, Samp).

JJC (18-2 overall) hosts Rock Valley College in their Region IV semi-final on Saturday, October 21, 2017. Game time is 12:00 pm.
