Joliet Junior College was in a heated contest for three quarters but pulled away for an 89-76 victory over Illinois Valley Community College. 

Deesha Brefford scored a season-high 24 points leading the team to victory. 

Kianna Campbell continued her excellent season adding 18 points and six steals while Talia Edwards led the squad with nine rebounds and five assists.
