The JJC men's basketball team topped N4C conference opponent College of DuPage by a score of 94-67. Sophomores Johnny Campbell had 20 points and Robbie Brooks finished with 19 points and 8 assists. Mitchell Kwasigroch had 16 points and 10 rebounds, Jarret Gmazel had 12 points, and Johnathan Boatright with 11. Richie Elias had a productive game of 9 points and 6 assists. "This was a nice way to end the season for us," Head Coach Joe Kuhn stated. "To have the contribution we had from a variety of guys makes us difficult to defend. With most of our players being from local high schools, it shows what a great opportunity it is to play at JJC."JJC (22-8 overall, 8-6 N4C) will compete in a Region IV quarterfinal game on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 7:00 pm. Location and opponent will be determined at seeding meeting.
