The Joliet Junior College baseball team defeated Rock Valley College by a score of 8-1 in game one of the Region IV Sectional. Anthony Agne (RBI) doubled twice, as Rob Blissitt had 2 hits. Andrew Rodriguez doubled in the contest. Pitcher Kendall Interial had 4 strikeouts over 7 innings. The best 2 out of 3 series will determine who advances to the Region IV Tournament the following weekend.
