The Joliet Junior College softball team was defeated by the College of DuPage with a 10-5 score in the opening round of the Region IV Division III tournament. Catherine Price (3B, RBI) paced the offense with 2 hits, as Rachel Andrade (RBI) tripled for the Lady Wolves. Stacey Stanton struck out 5 on the mound. JJC (20-27 overall) takes on Harper College in the second round of the tournament on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Game time is 2:00 pm at Harper College.
