The Joliet Junior College women's soccer team earned a 9-0 victory over Elgin Community College.
Hailey Arlis earned a hat trick with goals in the 24th, 48th, and 73rd minutes to pace the offense.
Morgan Samp scored twice in the 25th and 87th minute, as
Miranda Nirchi (37th),
Lindsey Bond (47th),
Hannah Rieker (49th), and
Alyssa Marrs (83rd) all finished with one goal. Nirchi also added 3 assists, while
Brianna Darlage,
Madisyn Hannion,
Alyssa Baron,
Elena Moreno, and Bond all earned one each. Kianna Wheeler earned her first shutout at goal for the Lady Wolves.
"It was great to see everyone got involved on the game today," Head Coach
Wesley Dapkus stated. "Also, we were able to work on a few more pieces to the puzzle that we have in front of ourselves. We are continuing to build up our soccer ideas."
JJC (10-2 overall) travels to N4C conference opponent College of DuPage on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. Game time is 4:00 pm.
