JOLIET - Joliet Junior College struggled to score in the first half against Olivet Nazarene University JV on Monday, but the second half was much different.

However, Miranda Nirchi helped turn the game around scoring all four JJC goals in a 4-1 victory at home.

The four goals gives her the team's last seven goals. She tied the game in the 47th minute with assists from Briittany Delrose and Lindsey Bond. Bond and Katherine Rasmussen assisted on Nirchi's second goal giving the Wolves the lead for the first time in the match.

The Wolves (10-2) added a little insurance when Taylor Metcalf passed a ball into the box and Nirchi finshed with an outstanding header.  Nirchi scored the final goal in the 68th minute with an assist from Morgan Samp

Daisey Quinonez did the rest for the Wolves in goal with 10 saves.

JJC will square off at home against Triton on Wednesday.
