JOLIET - Joliet Junior College opened at No. 10 in the preseason NJCAA Division III National Poll on Monday. 

The Wolves finished 25-8 before falling to eventual national runner-up Rock Valley College in the Region IV Championship. 

Coach Shaun Sanderson returns highly recruited sophomore Talia Edwards, who played in the NJCAA All-Star Game in Atlanta over the summer. 

Along with Edwards, Sanderson is bringing back sophomores Madison Harris, Gloria Choate, Shenea Best and Jessica Pelton and an excellent freshman class. 

The Wolves open their season at the Event Center at 5 P.M. on Thursday against Trinity Chrisitan College JV.
