JOLIET - Joliet Junior College had a solid bounce back game after struggling in its season opener.
Isaiah Clemons scored the game's final five points helping JJC to an 84-82 victory at Richard J. Daley College on Tuesday.
"I like how our guys weathered the storm in this game. We shot the ball much better and were good on the glass," Kuhn said. "Quite honestly, this was an important win for us as a team,"
After leading most of the way, Clemons picked up his team with his mini scoring run. He finished with a team-high 21 points.
Jaylen Jones added 17 for the Wolves (1-1) while
Trey Wornica had 15 in the winning effort.
The Wolves will play Thursday at Prairie State and will host McHenry County College at the Event Center on Saturday.
