Joliet Junior College split a doubleheader against Columbia State on Wednesday.

The Wolves fell 11-1 in Game 1 and came back in Game 2 to take a 6-1 decision salvaging the split. 

Game 2

Nick CLEMMONS stole the show on the mound in the second game throwing a complete game seven-hitter surrendering only one run. 

The Wolves took control of the game with four runs in the fifth inning.

Marcus STEWART and Jake BRNCA led the charge offensively with two hits apiece. Erik RUIZ, Andrew RODRIGUEZ and Noah HIBLER each had RBIs. 

Game 1

JJC (4-3) couldn't muster a lot of offense in the first game managing only five hits. Stewart drove in the only run for the Wolves.
