Joliet Junior College split a doubleheader at the College of Lake County on Sunday. 

The Wolves won Game 1 12-5 and dropped a 2-1 decision in Game 2. 

Game 1

Anthony AGNE led the Wolves offense with three hits. Joe MCGUIRE, Marcus STEWART, Adam KNERR, Jack CAVANAUGH and Nick AIROLA each had two hits for the Wolves (5-5). Cavanaugh drove in three runs. 

Zack PYCH homered in the game and Agne tripled. Knerr stole a pair of bases. 

Austin REED (1-0) picked up the win throwing five innings of relief allowing only two runs. He struck out three batters. 

Game 2

JJC couldn't quite get the bats going in a 2-1 loss in the nightcap. 

Andrew RODRIGUEZ had the team's only two hits and drove in the only run. 

Jake CARLSEN was excellent on the mound throwing a complete game allowing only two earned runs. 

Carlsen struck out nine while only allowing four hits.
