Joliet Junior College dropped a pair of games against McHenry County College at Wayne L. King Jr. Field on Sunday. 

The Wolves fell 14-8 in the first game dropped a 5-1 decision in the second game. 

Game 1

Anthony AGNE was excellent at the plate with four hits while Jack CAVANAUGH had three for JJC (7-10) int he 14-8 loss. 

Josh TESCH had two hits and drove in three runs. 

Jake SUCHOR threw 3 1/3 innings of relief and gave up zero earned runs. 

Game 2

The Wolves scored the game's first run in the second inning but surrendered two runs in the fourth inning to give McHenry County the lead for good. JJC eventually fell 5-1 despite a solid pitching performance by Brad Van Asdlen. 

He gave up only two earned runs while striking out five hitters. 

Austin REED gave up no earned runs in two innings of work. 

Noah HIBLER had two hits for JJC while Jimmy LAURENTI drove in the team's only run. 

What's Next?

The Wolves will continue its homestand this week with games against South Suburban (Tuesday) and Morton (Thursday).
