JOLIET, IL - Joliet Junior College is on quite a roll.
The Wolves knocked the ball around the park defeating Oakton 16-1 and 15-1 on Friday. JJC won both games in five innings. The Wolves are now winners of 10 consecutive games.
Joliet Junior College 16, Oakton 1 (Game 1)
An eight-run second inning put Oakton away early as the Wolves took advantage of Oakton's nine errors.

Paige Potempa and
Rachel Goff each had two hits on the day. Price had a triple and drove in a pair of runs.
Dakota Novak also drove in two runs for the Wolves.
Jasmin Torres was excellent picking up the win in the circle. Torres struck out nine hitters while allowing only one hit.
Katie Price struck out the side in an inning of relief.
Joliet Junior College 15, Oakton 1 (Game 2)
The Wolves (16-6) broke out the power sticks hitting three home runs in the five-inning win.
Goff, Torres and
Megan Anthony all homered in the game. The trio combined to drive in 11 runs with Goff leading the way with five. Anthony and Torres drove in three each.
Goff, Anthony and
Paige Guerrero each had three hits for the Wolves.
Torres and Price each had two hits.
Allison Kukman was excellent in the circle surrendering one unearned run while striking out six.
