JOLIET, IL - Joliet Junior College outlasted Illinois Valley College in the first game but fell in five innings in the second game at
Wayne L. King Jr. Field on Friday.

JJC (16-15) pulled out a back and forth affair scoring three times in the sixth inning.
Jack CAVANAUGH and
Zack PYCH delivered the big blows in the inning with back-to back triples.

Joe MCGUIRE each had two hits for the Wolves. Cavanaugh and
Jackson STULAS each drove in three runs. Agne and Rodriguez each drove in two.
Nick BECKER picked up the win throwing two shutout innings while striking out four.
Illinois Valley 15, Joliet Junior College 0 (5 inn.)
The Wolves managed only one hit in the shutout loss.
Knerr had the only hit at the Wolves, who never recovered from Illinois Valley's six-run second inning.
