JOLIET, IL - Joliet Junior College dropped a pair of tough games to North Central Community College Conference foe Rock Valley on Sunday.
The Wolves fell 5-4 in Game 1 and 10-8 in the second game at
Wayne L. King Jr. Field.

The Wolves scratched one run across in the seventh but couldn't complete the comeback.

Jack CAVANAUGH,
Marcus STEWART,
Trey STEWART and
Noah HIBLER all had hits for the Wolves. Cavanaugh and Stewart doubled.
Marcus STEWART drove in two runs for the Wolves (10-13).
Drew CLAVENNA was tough on the mound for the Wolves striking out 11 while giving up three earned runs.
Rock Valley College 10, Joliet Junior College 8
JJC scored seven times in the third inning but were unable to hold the lead.
The Wolves were paced by
Marcus STEWART, who had three hits.
Adam KNERR had two hits and
Jack CAVANAUGH homered and drove in three runs.
Jake CARLSEN took the loss for the Wolves.
Nick BECKER pitched 2 2/3 innings of relief giving up two earned runs.
The Wolves will play at Oakton Community College on Tuesday.
