Joliet Junior College had its 10-game winning streak by Prairie State on Saturday. 

The Wolves lost both games, a 9-0 defeat in Game 1 and a 3-2 loss in the second game.

The Wolves managed only two hits in the defeat. 

Jasmin Torres singled and Lexi Meurer doubled.

Laci Meurer took the loss in the circle despite giving up only three earned runs over five innings of work.

The Wolves stayed close in the second game, but couldn't pull ahead. 

Sarah Goff had two hits for JJC (16-8). Paige Guerrero, Goff and MacKenzie Melendez each had a double for the Wolves. 

Goff and Melendez drove in Joliet Junior College's runs. 

Rachel Sangston was the tough luck loser in the circle. Sangston gave up six hits and only one earned run.
