JOLIET, IL - Hall of Fame coach Wayne King has a long list of accomplishments at Joliet Junior College.
Friday's 15-5 win over Robert Morris JV at
Wayne L. King Jr. Field was King's 1,100 as head coach of the Wolves.
Sophomore
Zack PYCH delivered a walkoff single in the bottom of the eighth inning. The Wolves took control of the game for good with a five-run fifth inning.
Josh TESCH and
Noah HIBLER led the JJC (25-18) offense with three hits and three RBIs each.
Jimmy LAURENTI added two hits.
Nick AIROLA tripled for the Wolves.
Nick CLEMMONS picked up the win throwing four innings in relief. He surrendered only one earned run.
