Drew CLAVENNA pitched well, but it wasn't enough for Joliet Junior College in a 6-0 loss in the team's opening game of the Region IV Tournament on Friday. 
Clavenna threw 7 1/3 innings surrendering four earned runs. He struck out four. 
The Wolves had no hits on the day. 
JJC (30-22) will square off against Rock Valley at 9:30 A.M. Saturday in a must win game to keep its season alive.
