PALATINE - Cuay Whitener led Joliet Junior College with nine kills, but it wasn't enough as the Wolves fell 3-0 (25-19, 25-15, 25-12) at Harper on Tuesday. 

Whitener missed a double-double by only one kill as she finished with 13 digs. 

Isabella Cosentino had a double-double (14 assists, 16 digs) for JJC (2-4), who played close in the first set of the match. 

Emma Sweeney led the Wolves with 21 digs. Cosentino, Caitlin Foran and Shea Kieldyk each had two aces for JJC.
