JOLIET - Joliet Junior College trailed early, came back to take the lead but couldn't hold it in a 73-61 loss to N4C rival Triton on Wednesday.
JJC was outscored 20-15 in the game's final quarter.
The Wolves (11-8, 2-2) were led by
Emily Atsinger's 15 points while
Amil Mitchell added 11.
Lynese Johnson rounded out the double-digit scorers with 10 points. Atsinger and
Talia Edwards led JJC with three steals each.
Dasia Norris led JJC with 11 rebounds.
The Wolves will continue N4C play hosting College of DuPage at 1 P.M. on Saturday.
