JOLIET - Joliet Junior College dominated from start to finish in a 93-51 win over Milwaukee Area Technical College on Wednesday.
The Wolves outscored the Stormers 25-10 in the first quarter and 27-12 in the second quarter to take a commanding 30-point lead into halftime. JJC shot 51 percent from the field.Â
"It felt good to play a home game and get a win," coach
Shaun Sanderson said. "We shared the basketball well and our role players stepped up in a big way."
Kike Ojo scored a career-high 21 points and 10 rebounds.
Madison Harris scored 19 while
Lynese Johnson had 17 for the Wolves (11-6, 2-0 N4C).
Dasia Norris (12) and
Emily Atsinger (11) rounded out the double digit scorers.Â
The Wolves will travel to Rock Valley for a 3 P.M. contest on Saturday.Â
