The JJC men's basketball team gave up a 36-33 halftime lead at Moraine Valley Community College, losing to the Cyclones 67-74 on Dec. 3. 

Sophomore guard Jayden Gasby (Curie) led the Wolves' offense with 23 points. Sophomore guard Andre Hughes (Oswego East) added 12 and freshman guard Adam Taylor (Providence Catholic) chipped in 11 including 3 three-pointers. 

"It was a tough game, but we played pretty well and made some great strides," said Head Coach Joe Kuhn. 

The 4-7 Wolves travel to Olivet Nazarene University this Thursday, Dec. 5. Tip-off against the Tigers' JV team is scheduled for 7 p.m.
