JOLIET - The JJC women's basketball team defeated Harper College in their Region IV quarterfinal game by a score of 79-55. 

Lynese Johnson paced the Wolves with 18 points and 11 rebounds followed by Emily Atsinger with 15 points. Maiya Creal earned 11 points, while Talia Edwards and Madison Harris both finished with 9 points. Dasia Norris had a team-high 12 rebounds in the contest.

#4 seed Joliet will advance to the Region IV semifinals to face #1 seed Rock Valley College on Saturday, February 23, 2019. Game time is 12:00 pm at tournament host Harper College.
