ROSEMONT - The Joliet Junior College softball team earned a 14-6 victory over the College of DuPage in their season opener at The Dome at the Parkway Bank Sports Complex in Rosemont, IL. 

Rachel Goff (RBI) led the Wolves with 3 hits followed by Ashley Phelps (2B), Leah Secor (3B, RBI), Lexi Meurer (HR, 2B, 2 RBIs), Megan Anthony (RBI), and Dakota Novak (RBI) all with 2 hits. Laci Meurer hit a triple as Ashley DeCraene doubled in the contest. 

Paiyton Smith earned the pitching victory striking out 6 batters.
