GRAYSLAKE, IL - The JJC softball team defeated the College of Lake County by a score of 16-6. 

Haley Hamilton (doubled twice, 4 RBIs) had 4 hits, as Izzy Ortiz (2 RBIs) and Paige Potempa (3 RBIs) had 3 hits each. Megan Anthony hit three doubles and collected 3 RBIs. Laci Meurer, Rachel Goff (3 RBIs), and Hailey Justak all had 2 hits. 

Allison Kukman pitched for three innings and received the win. Paityn Smith came in to throw four innings of relief to seal the victory.
