RIVER GROVE, IL - The Joliet Junior College softball team earned a 7-6 victory over N4C conference opponent Triton College. This win ties the school record in wins (33) that are also held by the 2018 and 1999 JJC softball teams.

Ashley Phelps went 4-for-5 (2B, RBI), as Rachel Goff smacked two home runs (3 RBIs) in the contest. Izzy Ortiz, Lexi Meurer (RBI), and Dakota Novak (2B, 2 RBIs) all had two hits for the Wolves.

Rachel Sangston struck out four in her 6 innings on the mound. Leah Secor threw 3 innings of relief striking out two to earn the win.
