GLEN ELLYN, IL - The JJC softball team was defeated by Rock Valley College by a score of 4-3 in their second game of the Region IV Division III tournament.

Ashley Phelps (2 RBIs) doubled twice, as Leah Secor had two hits for the Wolves. Megan Anthony (RBI) doubled in the contest.

Paityn Smith took the loss for Joliet. She surrendered four runs on nine hits over 7 1/3 innings, striking out two. 

JJC (35-19) will face Rock Valley College for the Region IV Division III championship on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 12:00 pm. The Wolves must win two to claim the title.
