The JJC women's soccer team opened their 2019 season with a 4-0 shutout of Prairie State College on Aug. 24. Sophomore captain Taylor Metcalf and freshman midfielder Andrea Villa each scored two goals, and freshman goalkeeper Amberly McDonnell had three saves. 

JJC (1-0 overall) hosts College of DuPage on Wednesday, Aug. 28. Game time is 4 p.m.
