The JJC women's volleyball team beat South Suburban College 4-1 (23-25, 25-22, 25-17, 25-23) on the road on Aug. 27. 

Asia Owens and Felicity Jones had 11 kills each and Hope Hambleton had 28 assists. Owens also contributed 3 service aces, and Emma Sweeney had 22 digs against the Bulldogs. 

The Wolves (1-4 overall) host Milwaukee Area Technical College in their first N4C matchup of the season this Thursday, Aug. 29, at 6 p.m.
