The JJC men's soccer team suffered a tough 5-0 loss to Harper College on Sept. 18. Harper sits atop the N4C and is ranked fourth in the NJCAA Divsion III poll.
"The first half was great. We were only down 1-0 on a penalty kick. We played very well up to that point," said Head Coach
Cris Trillo. "The second half started with a goal from Harper on the first play and we never recovered. We just went downhill after that."
Goalie
Shane Badertscher recorded 14 saves in the loss.
The Wolves travel to Illinois Valley Community College this Friday, Sept. 20. Kickoff against the Eagles is scheduled for 4 p.m.
