The JJC men's basketball team climbed back to .500 on the season with an 87-80 N4C conference win at Wilbur Wright College on Jan. 4.
Freshman guard
Adam Taylor (Providence Catholic) dominated the game with 34 points including 7 three-pointers and 17 rebounds. Sophomore guard
Sion Lightfoot (St. Anne) added 15 points. Guards
Omar Policape (Niles North) and
Gavin Grace (Reed-Custer) contributed 13 points apiece.
The 9-9 Wolves travel to Milwaukee Area Technical College on Wednesday, Jan. 8. Tip-off against the 16-1 Stormers is scheduled for 8 p.m.
