Two first half goals, just 1:45 apart, was the difference as Harper College downed the Wolves in men's soccer action on Wednesday afternoon in a home game.
The game was scoreless until just 12 minutes was left in the first half when the Hawks scored and then with 10:15 remaining Harper scored again to take a 2-0 halftime lead.
There was no scoring in the second half until a header from the Hawks with only 1:39 remaining in the game ended the scoring.
With the loss, the Wolves fall to 0-2 in the N4C and 1-5 overall. The Wolves will host Black Hawk College on Friday, September 9^th at 4:00 P.M.
