For the second time this season, the Wolves handled business against McHenry County College.

The two sides met again in the seventh-place game to finish out the 42nd Annual ICC Holiday Tournament in East Peoria, Ill, and again, Joliet found victory, 65-55.

"In our second game this tournament, it was hard for us to find a rhythm together and I think our confidence was not where it should have been," sophomore guard Grace Harris said. "In the McHenry game, we definitely believed in ourselves more and stayed composed which led to the win."

Joliet finished the weekend 1-2, but head coach Shaun Sanderson said he enjoyed the experience the tournament brought to his team.

"The level of competition was second to none," he said. "I thought for the most part, despite going 1-2, we competed and showed we can hang with the best in the country. Down four players and two days to prepare, I would love the opportunity to compete with out entire team.

"Unfortunately, that's part of the game -- no excuses."

Joliet (6-9) will travel to Benton Harbor, Mich. on Wednesday to face Lake Michigan College in a 5:30 p.m. tip.
