Five Wolves scored double digits on Tuesday to give Joliet its sixth straight win, a powerful victory over South Suburban College, 85-38.

"This was a great game for our entire team, mainly the bench to get some experience," said coach Shaun Sanderson. "We were able to work on our offense and teach some things along the way. Everyone continued to contribute in this game."

Kiyah Robertson led the Wolves with 14 points while Angie Knowles went 5 of 8 for 13 points. Knowles finished with three assists and a steal.

"We used this game to focus and work on our team work and personal skills," Knowles said. "I felt like everyone did their part and it showed togetherness in the outcome."

That focus paid off as the Wolves (11-9) shot 55 percent from the field.

Grace Harris and Maggie Grady both scored 12 points. Harris finished with seven assists, six rebounds and a pair of steals. Grady recorded five rebounds, three assists and two steals.

Sophomore Faith Domercant scored 10 points while adding six rebounds and four blocks in the win.

"Like our previous game, today was a team effort," Domercant said. "Everyone contributed in their own way. The bench was able to come in and continue to increase the lead. We also showed sportsmanship by keeping our composure throughout the game."

The Wolves will look to increase their streak to seven wins as they travel north to face Milwaukee Area Technical College on Thursday at 6 p.m.
