It was a rough outing for the Joliet Junior College softball team on Tuesday when the Wolves gave up a doubleheader against South Suburban College.
The Wolves (6-21) lost the first game, 11-3.
Isabella Hanson led the Wolves offense, going 2 for 3 with a double and two RBI's.
Emma Herder also went 2 for 3 with a run scored.
Hailey Hoffmann (1-7) pitched just two of the five inning game, allowing five hits and six earned runs.
Game Two was a high-scoring affair, but the Wolves lost, 16-8.Â
Again, Hanson led the Wolves going 2 for 3 with a double, three RBI's and a pair of runs scored.
Jenna Judge finished 2 for 3 with a double and two RBI's along with a run scored.
Cynthia Calderon (2-6) pitched three innings for the Woves, allowing five earned runs off seven hits.
JJC travels to Kishwaukee College on Wednesday with first pitch scheduled for 3 p.m.
