After the first 90 minutes of the season, the Wolves stand tall as the Joliet Junior College men's soccer team shutout University of Wisconsin-Whitewater at Rock County on the road, 5-0.

The Wolves (1-0) scored four goals in the first half, led by Adrian Gonzalez Martin with a pair in the 28th minute and the 36th minute. Jesus Diaz-Calderon recorded the first goal in the 13th minute while Jonathan Mendez added another in the 22nd. In the second half, Adan Mondragon scored the final goal in the 58th minute. Jordi Muntada recorded a pair of assists in the victory.

"We dominated the game the whole 90 minutes," said head coach Cris Trillo. "Nevertheless, a good win to start the season."

Up next, the Wolves will host their first home game of the season when Illinois Valley Community College visits on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
