After winning three-straight games, a sluggish first half Wednesday snapped the Wolves' streak as the Joliet Junior College men's soccer team fell to Triton College, 1-0.
"Tough loss but an excellent team effort in the second half," head coach
Cris Trillo said.
The Wolves (5-2) managed just two shots on goal in the first half while allowing a Triton goal. In the second half, the Wolves had 12 shots on goal but couldn't find success on the scoreboard. Goalkeeper
Ivan Escatel faced five shots and saved four for the Wolves.
JJC will have a week off before the Wolves travel Wednesday for a match at College of DuPage.
