Box Score Joliet Junior College women's basketball extends its win streak to four games after the Wolves cruised to victory on the road at Wilbur Wright College on Saturday, 91-33.
"We really played well today," said Wolves coach
Shaun Sanderson. "We shared the ball very well and were able to successfully score in our offense and inbound plays. This is a great time to establish consistency as we close out the regular season next week."
Sophomore
Kiyah Robertson powered the Wolves (13-12), recording a double-double with 24 points and 16 rebounds. She added four assists and three blocks in the game.
Elsewhere,
Jazlynn Foster scored 19 points with eight rebounds, six assists and a pair of steals.
Lovely Tua-Link and
Demi Page each recorded 17 points in the win. Tua-Link finished one assist shy of a double-double herself and added four steals. Page had nine rebounds, six assists and five steals.
"I felt like we played as a team," said Page. "We played together - we were calm and collected. Those habits would always lead us to having a good game."
Olivia Rafalski scored nine points and finished with eight rebounds, four assists and a pair of steals.
The Wolves will host South Suburban College on Thursday at 5 p.m. in their home finale.Â
