Box Score Wolves baseball added one back to the win column Tuesday as they took down visiting Morton College, 11-3.
After scoring on a dropped third strike in the bottom of the first, the Wolves (7-11) gave up three runs in the top of the sixth to find themselves in a whole. They rallied to score 10 runs in the bottom of the seventh to pull out the victory.
Jaden Jackson went 1 for 3 on the day with a two-run double while Josh McGuigan went 1 for 2 with two RBI's. On the mound,
Connor Bird earned the win after giving up a single hit through three innings.
Daniel Police pitched three innings also, giving up a hit and a walk.
Brandon Cusack pitched another three innings, giving up three runs and three runs.Â
The No. 11 Wolves travel to Triton College on Thursday at 3 p.m.
