Box Score 2 After nearly a week off from action, Wolves softball looked rough around the edges as they dropped Tuesday's doubleheader to Rock Valley at home.
The Wolves lost the first game in five innings, 21-5, with
Arianna Jentel (1-4) picking up the loss after giving up nine runs in two innings. Kerrigan Copes went 1 for 3 at the plate with a home run and three RBI's.Â
Game Two didn't go much better as the Wolves again lost in five innings, 19-2. PitcherÂ
Cynthia Calderon (2-6) took the loss after three innings with seven earned runs.
Isabella Hanson went 2 for 3 at the plate with a double.
The Wolves (4-10) host Prairie State College on Friday in a doubleheader with the first game beginning at 1 p.m.Â
