After the match, Head Coach Cris Trillo spoke about how the extra motivation helped his team.

"We won 8-0. We were extra motivated because of our two forfeits. This win helps us refocus and get the momentum we need to face an undefeated COD on Wednesday," he said.

It was a very unselfish performance, with seven different players recording assists, including Sean Thompson, who set up two second-half goals. This victory gave JJC its first official win of the season.

The Wolves will look to carry the momentum into their game when they clash with undefeated College of DuPage on Wednesday.
