Men's soccer earns 4-0 shutout over South Suburban

Derrick Rafacz powered Joliet Junior College men's soccer to a shutout victory on the road Wednesday as the Wolves beat South Suburban College, 4-0.

Rafacz earned a hat trick after scoring three goals while Tevaris Neidecker scored the fourth for the Wolves (8-4-2). Dario Mota Ruiz Galan made three saves to hold South Suburban scoreless.

"The team needed this win to boost the morale after two losses last week," said Wolves coach Cris Trillo. "And some players returned to the active roster after recovering from injury, and they contributed to team improvement."

The Wolves wrap the regular season Saturday at home against Madison College at 2:30 p.m.
