Tiffany Scholle joins the Wolves as the head coach of JJC's competitive cheerleading team. She comes to the program with 11 years of cheerleading coaching experience, including affiliations with IRCA, ICCA, IHSA and USASF.

“We are really excited to welcome Tiffany to the Wolves family and to begin the new chapter of Wolves Competitive Cheerleading," said Director of Athletics Gregg Braun. "This is one of our recently-added new sport programs and we are so excited to see the program grow and be a destination for all of our local student-athletes to continue their cheerleading careers here at JJC. As an emerging sport in the NJCAA, competitive cheerleading will continue to grow nationally and we are well aware of the popularity and the success of this sport within our in district community. It will be exciting to watch Tiffany grow this sport with our new Wolves!”

Tiffany’s athletic career centered around figure skating, where she advanced to the United States Figure Skating Gold Medal level in both Free Skating and Moves in the Field. After competing throughout her high school years, Tiffany advanced to the National Collegiate Championships upon beginning her college experience at Benedictine University. It was during this training and studying to earn her bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology that Tiffany began coaching athletes as well helping them to advance to regional, sectional and national levels of competition. She then went on to earn a Master’s Degree of Education from Benedictine along with a Master of Arts in Teacher Leadership in the Life Sciences from Aurora University.

Upon beginning her teaching career at Oswego East High School, Tiffany was hired to join their cheerleading program as an assistant coach. After two years of helping to develop the program towards more competitive goals, Tiffany was named head coach of the program. During her tenure, the OEHS Wolves achieved podium placements at each annual ICCA Championship, qualified for the IHSA Championships for the first time in school and district history, and produced several All-State team members and ICCA scholarship winners.

Tiffany continues to teach Honors Chemistry and Forensic Science full-time at Oswego East. She also works with competitive figure skaters alongside her long-time coach and mentor, Olympian David Santee.
