The 2021-2022 season marks Doug Krop's fourth year with the Wolves. He has 15 years of coaching experience at a variety of levels. 

As a member of JJC's coaching staff, one of Krop's main responsibilities is recruiting and some of his past recruits include Jayden Gasby (Curie) and Adam Taylor (Providence Catholic). During the 2019-2020 season, Gasby's post-season honors included second team all-conference in the N4C and first team all-region. Taylor, a current member of the Wolves, was first team all-conference and first team all-region. As a top three vote-getter for Region IV, Taylor was also an NJCAA All-American nominee. 

Coach Krop and his wife, Katie, reside in Manhattan.
