Tracy Hibner Thompson brings more than 17 years of coaching experience to the Wolves, working at the club and high school levels. Originally from Elwood, Thompson raised her family in Tennessee before moving back to the area. 

Thompson has worked for the Uno Volleyball Club in Joliet since 2001. She has coached all ages and levels of both boys and girls, and taken multiple teams to the USAV Girls National Junior Championships, as well as the AAU National Championships. During her time with Uno, Thompson has helped to build the youth programs by overseeing the 11s through 13s programs and developing the overall skill levels of these young athletes. Currently, Thompson coaches the Uno 12 Elite and serves as an assistant for the Uno 15 Elite. In addition, she has also volunteered as a freshman coach at Morris Community High School as well as at Lincoln-Way West High School. 

Thompson lives in Morris with her husband Tim, daughter Austin and son Cole.
