Hailey Arlis’s soccer journey began with several competitive travel teams and flourished through her four-year varsity career at Minooka High School. She continued her dedication to the sport at Joliet Junior College, playing for two years — though sidelined by injury during one. Despite this setback, she made a thunderous return, earning numerous accolades including NJCAA Division III First Team All-American, Region IV All-Region First Team, N4C MVP, and leading the nation in both goals (40) and points (100).
While at JJC, Hailey also earned her associate’s degree in culinary arts and began coaching the U10 girls for Chicago Rush, showcasing her commitment to mentoring the next generation of athletes.
Hailey then transferred to Purdue Northwest, where she pursued a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management while continuing her collegiate soccer career. In her senior season, she earned All-GLIAC Honorable Mention recognition, closing out her playing years on a high note.
Her coaching career continues to thrive—this fall marks year three as Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at JJC, and her third year coaching the Freshman Girls Soccer team at Plainfield North High School. Through every phase, Hailey has blended her love of the game with a passion for leadership and education.
