Joliet Junior College softball had its 13-game winning streak snapped Sunday as the Wolves fell to Bryant & Stratton in two games.
The first game saw the Wolves lose, 13-8.Â
Keigan Sprovieri (3-3) allowed seven hits and two earned runs through two innings of work.
Skylar Welcome powered the Wolves' offense, going 3-for-5 with two RBI's.
Lea Herkel went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI's while Isbella Fraser also went 2-for-4, doubling on both of her hits.
Lauren Pell was 3-for-4 with three runs scored and
Taylor Wells hit a home run.
The Wolves were shutout in the second game, 4-0. Dani Chorak (2-1) allowed six hits and a run through three innings pitched.
Pell went 2-for-4 in the game, recording a pair of stolen bases.Â
Aniya Adkins recorded a hit in two attempts for the Wolves.
With the loss, the Wolves fall to 19-6 on the season. JJC's streak of five series sweeps also ends as it was the Wolves' first series loss of 2026. The Wolves return to action at home Monday against Oakton College at 3 p.m.
